Product Description:

Our innovative water-based shadow formula features intense pigmentation with a whipped texture and cooling feel. It has a uniformly shimmery finish that creates a wash of spirited, sparkling color. Souffle can be layered for a higher-intensity look or worn on top of our Artistique Eyeshadow to add a glimmering effect.

Aqua, Mica, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Alcohol, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Triethylhexanoin, Pentylene Glycol, Squalane, Silica, Tamarindus Indica Seed Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Polyglyceryl-3 Methylglucose Distearate, Carbomer, Behenyl Alcohol, Cetyl Palmitate, Dimethicone, Sorbitan Isostearate, Potassium Hydroxide, Tocopherol, Tin Oxide, CI 77891, CI 77499, CI 77491

                  Directions:

                  Use a fingertip to tap on then smooth out the bouncy shadow. Allow the formula to dry before tapping on additional layers.

                  For best results: To prevent the bouncy formula from drying out, be sure to store at room temperature, avoiding excess heat, and with the lid tightly closed.
